A lack of mobility can hamper our ability to build and maintain functional strength. This program focusses on training and increasing joint mobility to allow you to train safely whilst giving you the best results possible. Designed for all levels of strength and fitness our program incorporates animal and primitive moves into both the preparation and strength circuits. Together with using your body weight, broom sticks, suspension trainers, kettle bells, medicine balls, swiss balls and a host of other equipment your body is sure to be challenged each and every training.
