CLASSES FOR ADULTS

All of our Adult classes cater for a huge variety of fitness levels.  Most of us carry some type of imbalances in our bodies which restrict some movement.  Our classes encourage regular mobility as part of our warm ups to teach our bodies to prepare for exercise and increase our range of movement.  this allows you to get the most out of every lesson and prepares your body to progressively improve.

Functional Fitness

 STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Focus on building functional strength over the whole body whilst maintaining joint mobility and flexibility. The perfect balance for runners & cyclists!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Increase your fitness using an endless variety of movements and activities to keep that heart rate up and metabolism challenged! We use lots of different modes of interval training to continually challenge even the fittest of participants.  great variety yot any training schedule.
