All of our Adult classes cater for a huge variety of fitness levels. Most of us carry some type of imbalances in our bodies which restrict some movement. Our classes encourage regular mobility as part of our warm ups to teach our bodies to prepare for exercise and increase our range of movement. this allows you to get the most out of every lesson and prepares your body to progressively improve.
